LEAF is a new festival created and curated by Bestival founder and BBC Radio 1 DJ Rob da Bank, alongside music pioneer and International Music Summit creator Ben Turner, in partnership with SJM Concerts, the UK’s leading independent concert promoter.
The event is partnered with Point Blank – the award-winning music production school based in East London, an epicentre of music and technology innovation, and a natural home for LEAF.
Across the capital, LEAF will stage shows in some of London’s most revered live music venues and warehouse spaces from 7 - 10 November. Artists appearing include Diplo at The Oval Space on 9 November, and Trentemoller at The Forum.
There will be additional events of all shapes and sizes, largely in the surrounding east London area, including a performance by The Bloody Beetroots at Village Underground on 7 November, as well as a DJ set by Giorgio Moroder at Oval Space, which is a UK exclusive.
This will be his first appearance in the UK since his work on the Daft Punk album and his now legendary DJ set for Red Bull Music Academy in New York this summer.
