As the festival approaches we are delighted to announce 5 world premieres we are screening!
We are almost complete with the festival line-up and will have details of dates and times very soon.
This year we are honoured to be holding FIVE, yes five world premieres at the festival, and they are amazing films and London, you get to see them first!
Death

We open the festival with a very British sci-fi fantasy by one of our favourite short filmmakers, Martin Gooch. His debut feature is called DEATH and is a wonderfully light comedy starring Paul Freeman and Leslie Phillips.
Ghosts with shit jobs

Closing night of the festival sees another hilarious sci-fi movie set in the North America in 2040 where "Ghosts" (a derogatory term for white westerners in China) have to do the work no one else in the world wants to do... they really are GHOSTS WITH SHIT JOBS.
True love

Next up, we have a debut feature from Fabio & Fabio, the writer/producer's behind Afterville. TRUE LOVE is a new movie expertly directed by Enrico Clerico Nasino, it is sinister and will keep you puzzling until the end.
We delighted to host the premiere in NFT1 and the BFI South Bank.
Cycle

If you saw BEYOND THE BLACK RAINBOW at the festival last year and were as blown away with the cinematic visuals, then you will love CYCLE by Zoltan Sostai. A real puzzling film, as it twists and repeats, you get dragged deeper in to the story whilst being blown away by the sights before. Again, a world premiere of this movie just for SCI-FI-LONDON.
Strange frame

Last and certainly not least, STRANGE FRAME has been a long time coming. This unique animated film combines stunning visuals, an amazing music score and some amazing volce talent including Claudia Black, Alan Tudyk, George Takaiand the legendary Tim Curry. This is one not to be missed on the big screen.
